These terms govern your use of the Alrafioo Corporation website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

Alrafioo Corporation is an instrumentation, automation and SCADA supplier based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, serving customers since 2007.

2. Information on the Site

Product listings, specifications, brand names and descriptions are provided for general information. They may be updated or corrected at any time. Brand and product names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the genuine products we supply.

3. Quotations and orders

• The Site does not display prices and does not process online payments. All pricing is provided by separate quotation on request.
• Submitting an enquiry or quote request does not create a binding contract. A sale is only formed when we confirm an order in writing.
• Quotations are subject to stock availability, lead times and confirmation of specifications, and are valid only for the period stated in the quotation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorised access, transmitting spam or malware, or disrupting the Site's operation.

5. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and layout of this Site are owned by Alrafioo Corporation unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Specific commercial terms for any supply are set out in the relevant quotation and order documents.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad.
